This Is No Joke For Nicole
August 16th is right around the corner and training for the Nicole challenge is in full swing. While most people have spent the early part of the summer lounging by the pool or watching the last few episodes of Game of Thrones, Nicole has been working - hard. I mean, no one wants to get beat at their own challenge right?
On Saturday Nicole stepped into the gym, set her fitness dial for beast mode and pounded out a 305 lb deadlift PR!
Deadlifts PRs Are Supposed To Look Hard
If you've been inside a CrossFit affiliate, you probably know that deadlift PRs usually look like they take a bit more effort than what Nicole showed on her 305 lb lift. Maybe she's holding something back for the Steelfit Championship this weekend? Who knows, we don't try to get inside Nicole's head - it's a scary place.
Nicole Isn't The Only One Training Hard
Ali and Lauren are pretty amped up about the Nicole challenge too. They've been in the gym hitting it hard trying to make sure they give Nicole a run for her money. Ali stepped up to the plate and knocked out her own deadlift PR on Saturday too. Nicole better watch herself - come August 16th it's game on.
