Our gym, like thousands of gyms around the country, programmed Murph for the Memorial Day WOD. Murph is a mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another mile. This is a great nation and we've had amazing service men and women make great sacrifices over our two hundred and thirty eight year history. Get outside and spend today with friends and family in honor of those who have given everything for their country. Find a veteran and thank them for their service. We all have a lot to be thankful for and today is a great day to show your appreciation and reflect on all of the things the United States has done for the world.
